Senior Director, Business Development, Evolugen by Brookfield Renewable
Isabelle Deguise has nearly 15 years of experience in the Canadian renewable energy sector and has been involved in the acquisition, development, construction and operation of >500MW of hydro, wind, solar and storage projects. Isabelle is currently the Senior Director of Business Development at Evolugen by Brookfield Renewable, where she is responsible for building key partnerships and growing Evolugen’s development pipeline. A biologist by training, she got her start in the industry by leading regulatory and environmental aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle and has since grown her responsibility to include all elements of managing early-stage project development. Isabelle has been involved with Clean Energy BC for nearly a decade, serving as a Board member for four years and as co-Chair for two. She is an experienced, passionate advocate for the clean energy sector, and has a robust understanding of the myriad of issues that the industry faces in BC and the critical role we can play in helping the province meet its clean energy and decarbonization goals.
