Clean Energy BC’s 35th AGM

Dear Members,

Clean Energy BC’s 35th AGM will commence at 7:00am on May 13th, the second
day of GENERATE 2025, in the Mackenzie Room at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, located at 1601
Bayshore Drive, Vancouver.

We invite you to join the Association’s business meeting, including reports from Executive Director Kwatuuma Cole Sayers, interim Board Chair Stephen Rayner, Carlie Smith (Governance), Geoff Osborne (Strategic Planning) and Chris Ball (Treasurer).

There will not be an election for Directors this year as all seats on the Board remain filled. However, there will be a Special Resolution to replace the association’s bylaws in their entirety.

The AGM Package, including a Notice of Special Resolution to replace the association’s bylaws in their entirety and information on the proposed bylaw changes if the Special Resolution passes, was distributed on April 25 via email. Please email admin@cleanenergybc.org if you did not receive the package.
